Heaven to Earth Set: A powerful sequence of nine movements combining compassion, intention setting, and mental focus. Our hope is that you continue to practice the exercises far into 2025.

Yin Yoga
Gentle yet strong posture holds, with a focus on releasing tension and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Mantra Meditation
Learn how to calm your mind and reduce stress using a simple yet profound mantra. You can take your personal mantra and continue to use this into 2025.

Country Walk to Almscliffe Crag
Enjoy a serene walk in the Yorkshire countryside towards the famous Almscliffe Crag where we’ll practise our Qigong set high on the crag surrounded by nature embracing the wild energy.

Breathwork
Energise your body with a technique that boosts oxygen flow, giving you enhanced energy—especially before the cold water dip. Do it daily and you'll power into the next year.

Cold Water Dipping: (optional)
Take a refreshing plunge in a private freshwater pond for an invigorating experience that builds confidence and releases a surge of dopamine. This combination of nature and cold therapy will awaken your senses and strengthen your resilience.

Journey of Sound
Clear out stagnant energy with the power of sound, creating space for new intentions.

Fire Ceremony
On the afternoon of the second day, release the past and embrace the future with a symbolic fire ceremony to shed the old year, making space for new beginnings.​
